Terms of Service
The full Terms of Service for the IncidentScribe macOS app will be published before v1.0 launch. The terms governing the app and the App Store transaction will be the standard ones for Mac App Store software, supplemented by what’s already encoded as privacy commitments.
This page exists today to give the marketing site a Terms link — the substantive document is in flight.
Until the full document ships, here’s the short version:
- By submitting your email on this site, you consent to receive a single announcement email when IncidentScribe v1.0 ships on the Mac App Store. Unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].
- This website is provided as-is. Operator: IncidentScribe Team.
- The IncidentScribe app, when shipped, will be a paid macOS application distributed via the Mac App Store under Apple’s standard EULA, with a 14-day introductory free trial.
